5. Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Prime Care Essentials cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local sorting office, a re-shipping fee may apply.
